Each piece is processed within 3-5 business days, then ships via USPS Priority (2-3 days). We're not responsible for delays due to weather or postal issues.
Made-to-order items will be clearly marked, and take 4-5 weeks for creation. Note that pottery can be a fickle process, and delays may occur. I will contact you if in those cases!
